Easy DIY Crystal-Look Easter Eggs

With spring around the corner, Easter things are starting to pop up. Today, I have a really simple Easter craft to share with you.

My mother-in-law made these Easter eggs a couple of years ago, they are really cute and super easy to make.

Crystal-Look Easter Eggs

You need:

  • Plastic eggs
  • Plastic crystal beads
  • Hot glue gun (with glue sticks… duh)

1. Put little dots of hot-glue on a section of your egg then press beads into hot glue.

2. Repeat section by section until your egg is covered.

For pastel-looking eggs use traditional clear crystal beads and for more vibrant-colored eggs use crystal beads in the color of the egg.

That’s it!

What’s your favorite thing about Easter or spring?

  1. Those are super cute. At first I was thinking they were real eggs and I wondered how you got the texture. Love them! Don’t do a lot for Easter, but Spring I love how the world is reawakening after a slow slumber.

  2. Really cute and simple! I wanted to let you know that I’m featuring this post tonight at the Create & Share Link Party (7:00 PM MST)! Congratulations!!! Can’t wait to see what you share with us this week. 🙂
